- ECO Environmental, 2016 – 2017 Served as Quality Manager and led efforts to reduce scrap by 27%, improved product flow and eliminated waste, improved employee engagement and morale. Led effort to obtain ISO 9001 compliance.
- Louisiana State University, Wood Durability Lab, 1996 – 2016 Conducted basic and applied research on various aspects of wood science including wood preservation and decay, wood composites, liquefaction, bio-energy, and lumber drying. Published over 300 peer-reviewed articles and secured over $10 million in funding. Directed ISO 17025 accredited testing lab.
