Seasoned railroad track and safety engineer with more than 40 years of experience in railway track engineering, civil engineering, railroad machinery, and industrial safety. Brings deep expertise in track construction, maintenance, alignment, drainage, ballast, bridges, safety engineering, and heavy track maintenance equipment.

Leadership experience includes more than two decades as president of an international rail business overseeing large-scale track construction, renewal, machinery manufacturing, and on-track service operations across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America.
Additional experience includes consulting on heavy-haul coal mine rail systems, bridge inspection, structural design, procurement systems, and international rail infrastructure projects.
